So far every time I've done this they re-appear as a YA without the body hair.
While in CAS I make them a teen again, then put them right back to YA all without leaving CAS.
This is often when I notice the random woman with hair. I nearly always fix my town and active sims in CAS to rid them of stupid or bad outfits. It never happened before adding these mods. (though I only want it on males) I tried the suggestions above and it can still occur on occasion. I have this issue and I use the cmar mods for anatomically correct sims with body hair. And going into CAS doesn't help, because females don't have the option to have body hair in the first place. I have tried resetting her, but it still remains.
